Edit: Whoops... uploaded today's page onto the wrong webcomic site. Sorry for the mix-up. >_>

Normally, you get to choose a limited number of feats for your character. This limit depends upon your level, race, and class. One way to go beyond this limit is by taking some Major Drawbacks. Some are worth it. Some aren't. Some are just fun to take. :p

This comic looks interesting and while I haven't played dungeons and dragons yet I am interested in finding a group near my area and joining them to play it.

Good luck with finding a gaming group. :)

I wouldn't just limit yourself to D&D though. Then again I am the oddball that has more experience with other gaming systems. ^^'

There ya go.

Let me guess. Kenjiro is a monk who specializes in a form of the quivering palm that causes your body to implode.

I don't think there's a way to get Quivering Palm at lv 3 which is sad since thats about the only time where it'd be a valid class feature

"Ah... the game of balance"
Another difference for oddballs like me that didn't play much D&D. I mean, my first and favorite system if GURPS, so I always was used to taking at least a few "Disadvantages".

I mean, when the system suggests you LIMIT how many Disadvantages a character can take, you know its probably doing something right. ;)

Two guys who now down looks and have an amazingly poor sense of direction? This sounds pleasantly familiar.

Mow down mooks. Horse Lords, that's annoying.

Drawbacks for RP purposes are more than half the reason I ever munchkin- I want to play characters who seem interesting to me, but I also don't want to die immediately. I once lost an argument against my DM so hard that I ended up playing a completely different class: I wanted to play a blind Oracle, and he thought that complete blindness (even with the benefits Oracles get from their nearsighted curse) would be too debilitating in Pathfinder.
